If necessary, a ticket can be easily voided to remove it from the current business day tickets. A user must have appropriate permissions to void a ticket.

 

 

Log in and press the Void button under the Open Tickets button group. If the Void button is not visible, press the green arrow button once.

 

 

 

 

Select the VOID REASON and press the VOID TICKET button to void the ticket.

 

 

 

 

 

To undo the void operation during the current business day, open Back Office · Daily Functions · Ticket Summary and uncheck the box next to the Void field for the selected ticket. Click on another ticket (or use the record navigator to update the database.
