Introduction

The Amigo Pos Quickbooks Interface (QBI) provides an automatic method of transferring sales data to Intuit Quickbooks Pro™. The interface is included at no additional cost as part of the Amigo Pos data polling utility.

Note that this pre-release beta version is provided with email support only. Some data polling utility features, such as credit card batch auto-settle and end-of-day auto-run may not be immediately available except to a small number of beta testers. To ensure that you have the latest version of this utility, download and install the entire Amigo Pos installation program when updates are released and install both Amigo Pos and the data polling utility.

Amigo Pos QuickBooks Interface (QBI)

The sales data for each business day is transferred to Quickbooks in the form of a sales receipt, listing all sales, payments, discounts and other items as individual entries, as shown below. In addition, time sheet and inventory data can be transferred as well, and the ability to support multiple locations (i.e. franchises) with a single company file is supported.
