Amigo Pos 7includes the ability to assign users to multiple jobs. This feature requires that the Time Clock Mandatory value is set to Yes for each employee that is assigned to multiple jobs. When clocking in, the employee is prompted to select the job before the clock in is processed.

Mandatory Time Clock
To assign an employee to multiple permissions, open in the Employees grid in Back Office, select the employee and click on the Permissions header to expand the employee permissions list. Select the additional permission. All changes are saved automatically. When the Time Clock Mandatory value is set to False, the employee will not be required to select a job when logging in. In this case, the default job assignment is used. In addition, the default job is always used when the employee logs in to Back Office stand-alone.
