Amigo Point Of Sale includes the ability to assign users to multiple jobs. This feature requires that the Time Clock Mandatory value is set to True for each employee that is assigned to multiple jobs. When clocking in, the employee is prompted to select the job before the clock in is processed.

To assign an employee to multiple permissions, open in the Employees grid in Back Office, select the employee and click on the Jobs column to view the Employee Details screen.

Assigning multiple permissions to an employee |
Under the employee permissions, click the Add New button to open the permissions selection window. Select the additional permission and click Update. When the Time Clock Mandatory value is set to False, the employee will not be required to select a job when logging in. In this case, the default job assignment is used. In addition, the default job is used when the employee logs in to Back Office stand-alone. Click on any permission in the list to define the default job and click Save to update the database.
