Each table definition includes a default number of guests, which may be changed on a per-order basis.

After selecting the table, the Guests button at the bottom of the order entry screen shows the table's default number of guests. This value is changed by pressing the Guests button and selecting the number of guests.
Menu items can be entered by guest so that the prep staff is aware of each patron's order. In addition, this allows for easy ticket splitting by selecting the SPLIT BY GUEST method on the Split Ticket screen.
