v4 Why do full size reports display an error in Back Office?

 

This article applies to Amigo Point Of Sale v4

Some users of Amigo POS v4.8+ report errors when attempting to run full size reports after installation. The Amigo POS setup program installs necessary dll files on MS Windows XP and 2000 systems that have the latest service packs installed; this error may occur on systems that do not have the latest operating system service pack installed or if the Amigo POS installation was not completed successfully.

The necessary files can be downloaded in a single package (Crystal Reports 10 RDC Merge Module) from the link on the driver downloads page.
