The proper on-screen display of full size reports in Back Office requires that the local machines default printers default paper size is set to 8.5"x11" (or equivalent). Many users set the local receipt printer as the default printer and the reports appear to be only 3" wide on screen. Amigo POS does not require that the local receipt printer is the default printer. If there is not full size printer available, set the pre-installed Microsoft Document Image Writer to be the default printer. This will allow full size reports to display correctly on screen. To set a printer as the default printer:

- Right-click on the printer and select Set As Default Printer
